4.3 Withdrawal Processing. 4.4 Withdrawal to Source. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. timebet reserves the right to require withdrawals to be made via alternative methods where necessary for compliance or operational reasons.
4.5 Currency. All transactions on the timebet Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the user.
4.6 Transaction Fees. timebet does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which timebet bears no responsibility.
4.7 Anti-Money Laundering. timebet complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. 6.2 Bet Acceptance. timebet reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has concluded, bets placed on erroneous odds, or bets that exceed applicable limits.
6.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, timebet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts. timebet's decision in such matters is final.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude timebet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 Termination by You. You may close your timebet account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (subject to verification and compliance checks) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
12.2 Termination by timebet. timebet reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or inactivity for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. 12.4 Dormant Accounts. 13.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
13.3 Jurisdiction. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines, for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, subject to timebet's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
